THE PROJECT OVERVIEW
We worked closely with the CIPD events team to oversee all aspects of the exhibitor engagement. This included handling pre-event communications, responding to exhibitor queries and ensuring all logistical details were in place for a smooth setup. Our team were also onsite from setup to breakdown, supporting both the CIPD team and exhibitors.

Welcoming and directing exhibitors during set up
Greeting delegates and managing the flow throughout the day
Managing the movement between the conference hall and the exhibition hall
Troubleshooting any logistical/ operational issues
Coordinating with the venue team and suppliers
Monitoring health and safety procedures
Supporting the CIPD Events team with on the ground decisions
Managing professional brand ambassadors to enhance the delegate experience
